Made payment recieved invoice on mail still credit not received
I had made the payment nearly it has been 12 hours stilll I haven't recieved my 4500 credits.
I purchased 3000 creidits (multiple times) but the credits went from 3000 to 40 right away. I seem to have missed out on credits mutitple times. I assumed it was an error like the credit card charge didin't go through but i have been charged the moeny.This happned maybe 3-4 times.
Credits went from 1100 to 30??
The other day I had 1100 something credits and today I login and I have around 30?!? What happened!

Pictures vanish after creation
Hey there, so im new to using BasedLabs ai so while testing there were no problems but after getting a paid plan and using it, pictures vanished after showing up a second. Its not every picture just some anyways, I can't find them anywhere and i have lost around 10 pictures...

Dashboard won't load half the time
This new UI is so full of bugs and overly complicated. For some reason I can not load the based labs home page, I just keep getting taken to an awkward "game style" and broken page of creations that won't load any images. The generate button is buried in half...
