That sounds frustrating! I had something similar happen but it resolved itself. Have you tried logging out completely and logging back in? Sometimes the credit display gets cached.

Also double-check your subscription status in Account Settings to make sure the Kinguin code is still active there. If it shows active but 0 credits, that's definitely a bug the team needs to fix.

Hit the same issue a few weeks ago with a Kinguin subscription. The credits disappeared but the subscription was still active in settings.

Support fixed it pretty quickly once I contacted them directly. Make sure to include:
- Your Kinguin order receipt
- Screenshot showing 0 credits
- Screenshot of active subscription status

Usually takes 1-2 business days to resolve. In the meantime, you might try logging out/in completely - sometimes helps refresh the credit balance.

Had an existing non-crypto subscription, then on Jan 24 2026 purchased Creator Membership 3 Month Subscription on Kinguin. Entered the code and got the extra credits all right, but since a few days ago it started showing 0 credits. Waited a few days if it is just a mistake that will be fixed, finally writing here - is there any other way to report it / have it fixed?
