Trouble Contacting OpenAI Support

I'm having difficulty contacting OpenAI support. The help article at https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6614161-how-can-i-contact-support suggests clicking a "help" button, but I can't find it. The bottom-right chat bubble just redirects me back to the same article, and the in-app assistant provides the same unhelpful information.
