Text Formatting in c.ai

I'd like to know about the various text formatting options available in c.ai. I know that underscores () and asterisks () create italics, and double asterisks () produce bold text. Are there any other formatting choices? For instance, how can I represent a character's thoughts using a distinct visual style...
