Understanding c.ai's Definition of a "Chat"
I've observed some of my bots, and others, receiving multiple likes but zero recorded chats. This seems contradictory, as likes imply user interaction, suggesting conversations occurred. What criteria does c.ai use to define an interaction as a "chat"? What constitutes a chat in the c.ai system?
