Your blood and tears are worth very little because the site is freaking broken. Images cannot even load I can't see them. Countless malfunctions during my stay of this site. Not only did you remove NSFW and the RealVista model, you've removed the ability to SEE IMAGES.

Because we out of our own pocket spend thousands of dollars to keep this service running for expensive GPUs. When you generate things we pay, then when you dispute we paid your compute and lose money so I hope you feel good about that

Looks like BasedLabs feature for cancelling subscriptions is “conveniently” broken. I have requested for a refined but I’m not expecting much. As other people have suggested the best way to handle this issue is to cancel the credit card. Shame on you 

I cannot downgrade so I'm trying to cancel my subscription and it won't let me.  So, it looks like this has been going on for 2 months?  Ok, looks like I will need to call my credit card company.

tried in chrome and firefox, cancel link is broken when it tries to redirect. If this doesn't get fixed I'm going to contact my credit card company and tell them to block the next charge.
