Same issue with images here.  Also, I keep selecting 4 images and only getting one image trying to generate

I have a similar issue.  Its been creating an image for about an hour.  I have tried refreshing the page, restarting the process etc 5 times and the most recent one has been 
Generating your images...  for an hour for 1 image.  Not great when we're testing it for suitability to utilise for our content

Talking videos more than anything.
Fist the resolution was no good. Now it's just not working.
