Take the attached picture 1. Replace 5G tower with Torii Gate from picture 2. Replace image on screen with picture 3 (it is screen from gensokyoradio site). Now, most importantly. Replace child right side with Owl from picture. And replace skeleton part with part of Cirno Fumo Plush (from picture 5).
So it goes like this: Shrine Torii gates now produce waves, that open gensokyoradio on phone, which then (with waves) turns crying owl into happy Fumo.
Important, leave background same as on original picture. The side of owl that was transfromed is left (only left part of head, specifically, was replaced with Fumo Cirno, besides that owl is normal (though we see that she is crying comically)
And retain the composition from the original picture. We dont see lower part of owl, just like we didn't see lower part of person on the first picture
