African American Female Super Hero She Has The Powers Of

African-American female super-hero. She has the powers of the moon, and her abilities to use moonlight. Tall, lithe, athletic build. Smooth brown skin. Silvery-white hair with a short asymmetrical cut, shorter on back and sides, longer on top with curls that fall forward. She has beautiful brown eyes, but they're usually hidden behind a golden-yellow super-hero mask. Her costume is a full shimmering white form-fitting bodysuit that covers her from the neck down. Jet black arm-length latex gloves that come to points at the elbows and blend into her costume seamlessly. Black latex high-heeled boots that come to points up to mid thigh and blend seamlessly into her costume. The upper part of her costume has a crescent moon on the front that starts at her left shoulder, works it's way towards her right rib and wraps back around to her left hip. The crescent moon symbol is also golden-yellow in color. She wears a short golden-yellow cape that is also shaped like a crescent moon that flows out and down from her neck and hooks into her left hip with a shiny crescent moon pin. She can create a crescent moon shaped bow made of energy, and fire light/energy blast arrows from it. They light up like stars when they hit their target. She can also see in the dark without the use of a flashlight, having night-vision within her eyes. She glows like the moon after dark. Full body pose, probably firing her energy arrows at a target while roaming the city limits.
