Statue stands in the harbor as the sun moves across the sky. He welcomes all the ships that pass through, and all the visitors to thr city. He is good luck and blessings to everyone that gazes upon his muscular and heroic body. Light rays magically emit from his crown, and the sunshine reflects off of every muscle, making him almost seem alive. He is a representation of Helios, Sol Invictus, Mithras and all solar gods and heroes. He makes the people of the city feel safe and secure.
