An army of teddy bears armed with rubber chickens, marching to the beat of a kazoo orchestra, with a pirate captain steering a giant inflatable teddy bear-shaped submarine, through a city filled with miniature rampaging robots that are actually just drunk on cotton candy, all while fighting against an evil villain known as the "Sugar Snatcher" who seeks to steal the world's supply of honey and cookies.
